We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $1000AUD
We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all the places within Australia. Customers from other countries should be responsible for taxes or duties if that happens.
We want you to have your new Blinc as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 3-5 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).
Delivery takes between 5-10 business days depending on your location. (Normally, 3-5 days for domestic delivery and 5-10 days for international delivery)
You will receive an automated email containing the tracking information as soon as your order ships. (Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”)
In light of the current environment in which credit card fraud is prevalent, we are implementing stricter measures to verify credit card payments.
Subsequent to making a purchase, identity verification will be required. We will call you via FaceTime to verify the identification of the cardholder, by confirming the last four digits and the name associated with the payment card.
If you proceed with credit card payment and subsequently refuse to undergo the ID verification process or fail to prove the identity of the cardholder, a cancellation fee will be imposed as follows:
Visa or Mastercard purchases: 1.7% of purchase price
American Express purchases: 2.7% of purchase price
If you do not wish to proceed with credit card payment there are other payment options available to you such as bank transfer, or come in store to make in person purchase with cash or eftpos payments.
